Jane Diplock

Jane Diplock is an experienced company director and an expert thought leader on governance, strategy, sustainability reporting, standard-setting, and regulation. She is a Chair and Member of multiple Boards in Singapore, Australia, and Abu Dhabi. Previously, Jane was Chair of the Executive Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and the Chairman of the New Zealand Securities Commission.

Since 2022, Kerstin Lopatta has served as Vice Chair of the Sustainability Reporting Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) and Special Liaison to the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). While at EFRAG, Professor Lopatta has been responsible for the first set of European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Tokutaro Nakai has held prominent roles in Japan's Ministry of Finance and Ministry of the Environment, contributing to budget planning, environmental policy, and public relations. His career highlights include serving as Chief of the Budget Bureau, Director General for Environmental Policy, and Deputy Minister of Environment. After retiring in 2022, he now advises private companies, focusing on decarbonization efforts.

Olivia Albrecht is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Aspiration, where she is responsible for leading the firm’s ESG investing efforts, including ESG integration across their investment platform and business strategy. Prior to joining TCW in 2021, Olivia spent ten years at PIMCO and has also worked in private equity at Cerberus Capital Management, held positions at Lockheed Martin, Mubadala Development Corporation, and within the U.S. Department of Defense.
