Previously, Jane was Chair of the Executive Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and the Chairman of the New Zealand Securities Commission.

While at EFRAG, Professor Lopatta has been responsible for the first set of European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
